Auto-Refill Terms
These terms apply when you enroll a product in Auto-Refill.
The offer, in plain language
- What you get: the enrolled filter, shipped automatically every 6 months with free shipping.
- What you pay: the auto-refill price shown at enrollment — 15% off the then-current one-time price — charged to your saved payment method at the time each shipment is processed.
- It renews until you cancel. Your subscription continues, and you will be charged before each shipment, until you cancel.
- We remind you first. We email you at least 3 days before each charge, with the price, date, and a one-click link to skip or cancel.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime, effective immediately, in your account portal or by clicking "cancel" in any reminder email — no phone call, no questions, no fees. Cancelling before a reminder's stated cutoff stops the upcoming charge; shipments already processed are covered by our normal return policy.
Price changes
If the auto-refill price of your filter will increase, we'll notify you by email at least 3 days before the next charge; the reminder email will show the new price, and you can cancel before it applies.
Payment failures and pauses
If a charge fails, we'll retry and email you; after 3 failed attempts the subscription pauses. You can also skip a shipment or change frequency in the account portal.
