Processing

In-stock orders placed before 1AM EST ship the same business day; all others ship within 1 business day. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Rates and delivery

• Free standard shipping on orders over $35 (2–5 business days).
• Standard shipping under $35: $2.97.
• Expedited options shown at checkout.
• Auto-refill orders always ship free.

Coverage

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days or a delivered package hasn't arrived within 2 days of the delivery scan, contact us at support@clearflowfilters.com and we'll reship or refund. Please confirm your shipping address at checkout — we can't redirect packages once shipped.
