15-Day Limited Warranty

WHO GIVES THIS WARRANTY. ClearFlow LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801.

What this limited warranty covers

For 15 days from delivery, we warrant that your ClearFlow filter (a) will fit the refrigerator models listed for it on this site, and (b) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. In addition, if a filter fails during its stated 6-month service life under normal residential use (leaking, cracking, or loss of water flow not caused by sediment-heavy or non-potable supply), we will replace it.

What we will do

At our option, we will replace the filter or refund the purchase price. This is your exclusive remedy under this limited warranty.

What this warranty does not cover

• Damage from misuse, freezing, water pressure or temperature outside the stated range, or use on non-potable water.
• Normal exhaustion of filter media at the end of its rated life.
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

How to make a claim

Email support@clearflowfilters.co with your order number and a description (photos help). No return is required unless we ask for the item, in which case we provide a prepaid label.

Your legal rights

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
