Refund policy

15-day fit guarantee

If a filter doesn't fit your refrigerator, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll either send the correct filter or refund your order in full — including if the filter has been opened while attempting installation. No restocking fee.

Standard returns

Unopened filters in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Because filters are a sanitary product, opened filters cannot be returned or resold except under the fit guarantee or warranty.

How to start a return

Email support@clearflowfilters.co with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label for fit-guarantee returns; for standard returns, return shipping is paid by customer.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return (or immediately for fit-guarantee claims where we don't require the item back). Your bank may take additional days to post the credit.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or a filter is defective (leaks, no flow, or fails within its 6-month service life), see our Limited Warranty — we'll replace it or refund you.
