This Privacy Policy describes how ClearFlow LLC ("ClearFlow," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or make a purchase from this store.
Information we collect
- Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details (processed by our payment processor — we never store full card numbers).
- Device information: browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies, collected automatically as you browse.
- Refrigerator model numbers you enter in our filter finder, used only to match you with a compatible filter.
How we use it
- To fulfill orders, process payments, arrange shipping, and send order confirmations.
- To manage auto-refill subscriptions, including renewal reminder emails before each shipment.
- To screen orders for fraud, and — where you have opted in — to send marketing emails or texts. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by replying STOP to texts.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), our payment processor, shipping carriers, and email service provider. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without offering an opt-out.
Your rights
Depending on your state (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing. Retention, children, and changes
We keep order records as long as needed for tax, warranty, and legal purposes. Our store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
