Products and compatibility

ClearFlow is an independent brand. Refrigerator brand names and filter model numbers on this site (e.g., EveryDrop®, GE®, Samsung®, LG®) are trademarks of their respective owners, used solely to indicate compatibility. Our products are not manufactured by, affiliated with, or endorsed by those companies. Compatibility listings are provided in good faith; confirm your refrigerator model before ordering, and our 60-day fit guarantee covers you if a filter doesn't fit.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors; if we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full. Promotional pricing may change without notice.

Auto-refill subscriptions

Auto-refill terms — price, frequency, renewal, and cancellation — are described in our Auto-Refill Terms, which are part of these Terms when you enroll.

Warranty and disclaimers

Our products are covered by the 60-Day Limited Warranty. Except as stated there, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided without other express warranties. Filters must be replaced at the stated interval and used within stated pressure and temperature ranges; they are intended for use on potable, municipally treated water supplies unless the certification listing states otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for personal injury caused by negligence where such limits are prohibited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of WY, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
